Palo Alto Firefighter Lee Taylor has been growing peppers in the fire station backyard since 1994. After each harvest he would make his famous and zesty pepper sauce- which quickly became a hot commodity.
Previously available only to firefighters in Palo Alto- now you can enjoy the fiery taste of Lee's Pepper Sauce. Using the highest quality ingredients, Lee has crafted the simplest ingredient list (it's easy to pronounce everything) into a complex, full flavor sauce that stands on it's own or plays well with other foods.

I just wanted to thank you for making such a great sauce, and for giving all profits to charity. I’m so impressed. And really, we really love your sauce!

My wife thinks I am nuts for making a point to reach out to you on something like this, but I have to tell you, that ghost pepper recipe is the best I have tasted – it actually has flavor, not just fire – it’s even better than the XX Habanero – wow is it good – congrats and thanks again .

From a serving Navy veteran, thank you for your service! We take your sauces with us on deployments, whether on ships, subs, or in the deserts.

I was recently told I had
a heart condition and had to have no more than 350mg salt per meal. I
thought I was going to die. Then my daughter found your sauce and life
has returned. Thank you for a low sodium sauce.

Fabulous meeting of heat and flavor. After going through
several bottles and giving several away I decided best to order the half-gallon.
